1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing from eSIMShop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. eSIM products

eSIM plans are digital products. Once an eSIM has been activated on a device it cannot be transferred or refunded unless the activation failed due to a technical error on our part.

3. Eligibility

eSIM plans require a compatible unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase. Coverage and speeds depend on the local carrier network in each country.

4. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase for plans that have not been activated. Activated plans are non-refundable. To request a refund, log in to your account and open the order detail page.

5. Limitation of liability

eSIMShop is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or other failures caused by the underlying carrier. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase price.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
